- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order will then take around 2-3 working days to get to you. *
- Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 or is FREE on orders over £50 after any promos or discounts have been applied. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number.
- All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and once this has left our building, we do not have any control over how parcels are delivered and cannot guarantee the delivery times. It's always best to check your tracking number or phone Royal Mail directly for any enquiries.

Please note that due to COVID-19, some countries have restrictions in place for deliveries. Please refer to our couriers individual pages for further information - Royal Mail, UPS and Parcel Force.
Here at Brakeburn we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we will gladly offer you a refund on any unused items returned in perfect condition
- Due to the current situation of COVID-19, we have extended our returns policy to be 60 days from the date of delivery. Please get in contact should you require any further information.
- We currently offer free returns for all UK orders
- Any postage for returns made from outside of the UK will not be refunded.
- All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging with the tags on, and the return will need to be requested by the original purchaser.
- Instructions on how to return your item to us will be included in your package. If you need any help with your return, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
- When returning goods, for your protection we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt from your Post Office, please keep your tracking number for reference until you have received an email confirmation from us for your refund or exchange. If we do not receive your returns and you do not have proof of postage, then unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.
- Please note, we aim to process your returns within 5 - 10 working days of receiving your item back to us, but in particularly busy periods this can take longer. If you would like to find out the status of your return, please get in touch.
- If you have purchased your item from an independent stockist, then we ask that you contact them directly for a refund. We understand that you might not be in close proximity to these shops but we kindly ask that you phone or email them to request a refund. If you are still not satisfied with their response, then please contact our customer service team directly.
- While we strive to make every effort possible to deliver fault free goods to you, sometimes mistakes may happen. As such if you receive goods that are faulty, or develop a fault within a reasonable time frame we are happy to replace or refund them at no cost to you.
- To do this you must contact us separately to a normal returns request. We will then instruct you on what to do to return the items to us .We are unable to refund postage on faulty items if you send them back to us of your own volition.
- When you send the item back, please remember to include your name, return address and a brief description of the fault along with the original order number.
