3. CHOOSE YOUR RETURN METHOD
Select the most convenient way to return your order to us, by dropping off at your
local Post Office or by Royal Mail Collection.
(Printerless options available)
4. GET YOUR LABEL
Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your return, with a QR code for labels to be printed at a Post Office or select Lockers and a downloadable label if you'd prefer to print this at home.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your new items, however if you’ve changed your mind and would like to return an item to us, our returns policy is simple:
- You can return any Full Price items purchased to us within 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.
- When purchasing any Sale Items, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt to return these to us for a full refund.
- Any items returned to us must be in their original, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
- All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, we aim to process your refund within 5 – 10 working days of your return being received, however in busier periods this may take longer.
