2. ENTER YOUR DETAILS

Enter your order number, email address and select your reason for returning.

(You can find your order number on the paperwork inside your delivery or on your order confirmation email)

3. CHOOSE YOUR RETURN METHOD

Select the most convenient way to return your order to us, by ParcelShop, Locker drop off, or by Evri Collection

(Printer required for Collection)

4. GET YOUR LABEL

Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your return, with a QR code for labels to be printed at a ParcelShop or Locker and a downloadable label if you'd prefer to print this at home.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your new items, however if you’ve changed your mind and would like to return an item to us, our returns policy is simple:

  • You can return any Full Price items purchased to us within 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.
  • When purchasing any Sale Items, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt to return these to us for a full refund.
  • Any items returned to us must be in their original, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
  • All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, we aim to process your refund within 5 – 10 working days of your return being received, however in busier periods this may take longer.

  • There are are over 4,500 ParcelShop locations across the UK, find your nearest location here. 
  • Once you’ve located your nearest location, you can take your parcel and your QR code to your chosen ParcelShop and print your returns label there. Alternatively if you’d prefer, you can print your free label at home using the label sent to you by email. 
  • You can find your nearest Locker drop off location here. 
  • Once you’ve located your nearest Locker and have checked they have label printing available, you can take your parcel and your QR code to your chosen Locker and print your returns label there. Alternatively, if your local locker doesn’t offer printing, you can print your free label at home using the label sent to you by email. 
  • Choose the most convenient address for your parcel to be collected from, whether this be at home or at work. 
  • You can request for your parcel to be collected from you up to 7 days in advance, collections will take place between 8am-8pm on the requested date. An estimated collection time will be provided to you on the day. 
  • Before the date of collection, you will need to download, print and attach the returns label to the front of your parcel.
