UK ONLY DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped via Evri
  • FREE standard shipping on orders over £60 (after discounts have been applied)
  • Standard shipping is available at a cost of £3.95. During regular periods, orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Orders are delivered via Evri or UPS
  • Once your order is dispatched, it can take between 7-15 working days for delivery
  • International Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be calculated once the order has reached its destination country. Please kindly note that you are liable for these costs.

Yes, all available items purchased will be dispatched at the same time.

Occasionally, there may be an item ordered that is unexpectedly unavailable. In this case, a member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch as soon as possible to get this resolved for you.

If you’ve received your order and you’re missing an item unexpectedly, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for support.

We're very sorry you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We take pride in offering our customers great quality items.

If your item has not reached you in a satisfactory condition please contact our customer experience team.

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your Brakeburn purchase, however if you aren't, we offer free returns from anywhere in the UK. Our standard returns policy is 28 days from the date of delivery.

When we dispatch your order, we will send an email to the address provided when placing the order.

If you haven't received this email within 5 working days of your order being placed, please contact our Customer Care Team by email at info@brakeburn.com.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love everything about your new Brakeburn items, but if they're not quite right - not to worry.

You can return your unwanted items via post within 28 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging with the tags on, and the return will need to be requested by the original purchaser.

To return your order please fill in the returns form provided in your original package and post it with the unwanted items within the returns period provided. Please use the prepaid label (UK customers only) provided in your original package. The above instructions on how to return your item to us will be included in your package.

If you need any help with your return or if you’ve lost or did not receive the returns form, please contact us.

Please note: A refund request can only be accepted with a 28 of delivery. Any requests after this time may not be accepted.

  • In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
  • In the case when a product has been damaged, you are not eligible for a refund. An exception to this would be if the defected arrived product, in which case, we’d ask for evidence of this.

We aim to process your return within 5–10 working days of receiving your returned item. During particularly busy periods, this may take longer.

To confirm that we have received your return, your returns parcel can be tracked using the tracking number located on your proof of postage receipt. Alternatively, if your return was collected, you can find this tracking number within your collection confirmation email from the courier.

Once received and processed by our team, you will receive an email confirming when your refund has been issued to you.

Once processed, please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your banks processing times.

Our in-store team will be more than happy to help, please visit our Kingland Store for a refund for items purchased in store.

Items purchased from our Kingland Store can only be returned to the store. Unfortunately, online purchases cannot to be returned to the store.

Unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges via post. We can refund your order for you and if you’d like a different size or colour, please place a new order.

The costs to return the item(s) are covered by the customer.

Yes of course, if you are sending back a return you can include any packaging from your original order, and we will re-use or recycle it.

  • Your unique discount code will be provided to you via the Blue Light Card website.
