Returns Policy
We hope you love your new items, however if you’ve changed your mind and would like to return an item to us, our returns policy is simple:

You can return any Full Price items purchased to us within 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.

When purchasing any Sale Items, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt to return these to us for a full refund.

Any items returned to us must be in their original, unworn condition with the tags still attached.

All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, we aim to process your refund within 5 – 10 working days of your return being received, however in busier periods this may take longer.

UK Returns
We offer free returns for all UK orders.

International Returns
Any returns that are made from outside of the UK, are to be returned at the cost of the sender. We’re unable to reimburse any costs incurred during the process of making a return.

When posting any goods back to us, we would recommend you using a tracked service to allow you to track your return to the point of delivery.
Please ensure that you keep ahold of your returns tracking receipt once posted.
Once received, we aim to process your refund within 5 – 10 working days, however in busier periods this may take longer.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for online purchases.
If you need another size, or would like to try a new item, we would recommend for you to return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund and re-order the new items directly on our website.
Faulty Items
We’re sorry that one of your items has arrived to you in less than perfect condition.
So that we can make this right for you as quickly as possible, please reach out to a member of our friendly Customer Care Team.
Store Purchases
Any items purchased from our Poole Store can only be returned to store. We’re unable to accept returns made by post.
You can return any Full Price item within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, with a copy of your original receipt.
Any Sale Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, with a copy of your original receipt.
All refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
Independent Stockists & Other Retailers
If you’ve purchased a Brakeburn item from an independent stockist or another retailer that you’d like to return or that you need assistance with, you will need to contact the retailer directly.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist on any issues with purchases made with other retailers.
